The federal governmentís "red flag rules" push financial institutions to...
- Make sure that people are who they say they are
- Detect, prevent and mitigate Identity Theft in connection with the opening of certain accounts or existing accounts

Financial institutions and creditors are putting in safeguards to prevent fraudsters from trying to apply for credit in someone else's name or hijack someone else's accounts.
Often, these fraudsters start by changing a legitimate individualís account address without account holder knowledge.
By using an official Address Change form, we can document address changes and be more certain that our members are protected. Click here for an account Address Change form.
